Couple getaway, not what we expected
The location was decent and the rooftop area had some amazing views that definitely added some value. The bed in our room, though, it was super comfy, felt like heaven after a long day.
We paid a hefty price for what turned out to be a pretty subpar experience.

A Blend of Great Views and Mixed Service
We enjoyed the breathtaking views from the rooftop bar, but noted the drink prices were steep. While the bartenders were knowledgeable, it took longer than expected to get our orders. For a more enjoyable experience, consider visiting during less busy times. Overall, a memorable stay for couples.

Awesome rooftop vibes!
Spent a night in a cool double room. Loved the rooftop bar with stunning views of the mountains! The hot tub up there was a highlight. The mini fridge had local beers, which was a nice touch. A bit annoying that some service wasn’t on point yet, but they were super friendly. The dining options are solid, especially enjoyed snacks at the bar.

We checked out some fun pop-up markets and took a creative workshop nearby. The location is fantastic, with public transport right at your doorstep. Incredible sushi just steps away. Can’t recommend the rooftop bar enough!
The pool was pretty small, which was a bit of a letdown for a hotel this size.

Rooftop restaurant with city views, unique market experience with local shops, luxurious amenities such as robes and slippers
The noise issues from neighboring rooms were bothersome enough to disrupt our stay!!! The cleanliness left much to be desired, especially for the price we paid!!!

I truly enjoyed the hotel's industrial decor, featuring high ceilings and large windows that filled the rooms with light, creating a warm yet modern ambiance. The layout is easy to navigate, accommodating seniors like myself.
More seating options in common areas would be appreciated.

Unique rooftop bar offers stunning views. Staff seemed unresponsive when I reported issues with cleanliness in the room. Enjoyed temporary art galleries that brought a nice vibe.

We loved our stay! The hotel’s modern vibe made it perfect for our family trip. Having our dog with us was easy. they even offered great suggestions for nearby dog-friendly parks. Plus, the local food scene on River North is amazing! Don't miss out on the BBQ spot, Smok.
My kids wished the pool area was more family-friendly. A few more amenities for kids would really enhance the experience.

The atmosphere stands out with unique design elements throughout the venue, and the rooftop pool offers stunning views. Enjoying fresh pastries from Reunion Bakery was a highlight, and being welcomed with a craft beer made the experience even more special. However, certain areas felt a bit crowded, and there wasn’t much attention to detail in room cleanliness that could be improved.
